JaiVyn's lived and learned experience combine to make people feel comfortable and brave in 1 on 1 conversation, in community, and within workplaces. Time spent with JaiVyn is like talking to your favorite cousin on your Momma's side. JaiVyn's ability to believe intent and honor impact is evident in his ability to connect with the Sandwich Artist at a Subway to a C-Suite title holder.

JaiVyn's current 'why' for juggling all that he does is: "I truly feel called to do my part to strengthen the foundations in the Black Trans community for generations to come. I have also been called to lay the bricks during my lifetime for my own family's legacy of excellence to come." JaiVyn is Martin's dream realized and like Marsha - he is a legend in his own time. He is writing Black History right now. JaiVyn taps into his joy centers by managing youth football, finding delicious vegetarian soul food eats, traveling, and spending time with loved ones who always greet him with biscuits fresh out the oven
